Funded by a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I contract through the U.S. Department of Education, PLM and other content experts developed prototypes of three online physics laboratory experiments for college level and advanced placement high school students. Upon submitting a Phase II proposal, PLM was awarded a contract to develop a complete set of laboratory experiments. Virtual Physics Lab includes video clips, simulated laboratory experiments, and data collection tools. PLM is working with Thomson Learning (now Cengage Learning) on the further development and commercialization of this product.
